H/C Too is used in petroleum and hydrocarbon systems. H/C TOO is a wet/dry spotting agent/treatment that is used on stains such as gravy, ice cream, latex paint, meat juices, salad dressings and unknown stains. H/C TOO should be used with petroleum and hydrocarbon solvents only. Can be flushed with solvent or cleaned without flushing.
